We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish), computer literate, customer service representative. Responsibilities include dealing with customers for online stores either by phone or electronically, handling and resolving customer complaints or requests, processing orders, perform customer verifications, manage customer accounts, communicate and coordinate with internal departments, follow up on cu, data entry and assistance in various operational tasks. Training provided.
This entry level position requires that you have excellent co-operative, friendly, helpful and positive customer service attitude, strong initiative and work ethic, great interpersonal, communication and listening skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, adaptability and stress tolerance, and that you are proactive and a team player. You must have strong computer skills, excellent command of the English and Spanish languages (written and spoken), and a knowledge of the U.S., Mexican and international soccer team familiarity is a plus.
